UFI Confirms the TIHE Quality Mark
The Tashkent International Healthcare Exhibition – TIHE – has once again earned international recognition, successfully passing an independent UFI audit that confirmed its transparency, organizational excellence, and strong reputation among global participants.
Iteca Exhibitions, the organiser of TIHE, has recently received the official audit certificate for the 29th International Exhibition – TIHE 2025, held this past April. This recognition marks an important milestone ahead of the autumn exhibition season of 2025.
International experts from UFI – The Global Association of the Exhibition Industry – reaffirmed the exhibition’s consistently high quality, fully aligned with global standards. According to the audit, TIHE 2025 brought together 260 companies from 23 countries and attracted over 7,600 professionals from 37 countries. Notably, 60% of exhibitors returned, underlining the long-standing trust in the platform. Backing from key industry bodies, including regulatory authorities, further reinforced TIHE’s importance. These results reflect not chance, but three decades of dedicated work.
Since its launch in 1995, TIHE has been a pioneer, becoming the first healthcare exhibition in independent Uzbekistan. In 2009, it was also the first in the region to gain UFI Approved Event status — a mark it proudly retains as the only medical exhibition in Uzbekistan with this global quality label.
This year, TIHE debuted at a new venue — the modern CAEx Uzbekistan Exhibition Center. For the first time, leading global manufacturers showcased innovations under the joint platform of TIHE and Beauty Uzbekistan, united by the theme “Synergy of Beauty and Health.” The move was a strategic step, placing TIHE at the future hub of Tashkent’s business life. With decades of experience and fresh approaches, the organisers delivered an environment where large-scale healthcare innovations took center stage. The strong results of TIHE 2025 once again highlighted the organisers’ professionalism and leadership.
Looking ahead, TIHE will mark its 30th anniversary on 28–30 April 2026 at CAEx Uzbekistan, Tashkent. The exhibition promises groundbreaking premieres, live demonstrations of advanced medical equipment, productive business meetings, and an inspiring atmosphere for the medical community of Uzbekistan and Central Asia.
Preparations for this landmark event are already well underway. Together with industry partners, the organisers are building a business and scientific program aimed at driving technological modernisation, supporting local production, advancing healthcare systems, and improving life expectancy.
The mission remains clear: to strengthen TIHE as the premier business platform for medical technologies in Central Asia, where global manufacturers and regional players forge contracts and build long-term partnerships.
