In accordance with the decision of the Supervisory Board of JSC “Dori-Darmon” dated 27 February 2019, in connection with the submitted application, the powers of chairman of the company Ravshan Azimov were terminated early.

By this decision of the Supervisory Board, Umida Salihbaeva was appointed Acting Chairman of the Board of Dori-Darmon.

Also, on the basis of a previously sent notice, the Center for State Assets Management terminated the contract of trust management of the state-owned shareholding in the share capital of Dori-Darmon, concluded with United Investment Healthcare Group on 6 December 2018.
