The Government of Uzbekistan adopted a resolution “On measures to create a modern medical cluster in Gallyaral district of Jizzakh region”.

According to the resolution, in order to provide high-quality medical care to the population, training, retraining and advanced training of medical personnel in this territory, an investment project will be implemented to create a modern medical cluster.

Medical Care cluster LLC, responsible for the implementation of the project, will be created.

Until 1 January 2022 Medical care cluster and the contracting organizations involved in the project are exempted from:

- corporate income tax and VAT;

- customs payments (with the exception of customs duties) for the import of materials not produced in the republic, intended for the construction, equipment and support of the medical cluster, according to the lists formed in the established manner.

Also, project participants are exempted from paying a single social payment from the remuneration fund of foreign specialists involved in organizing the activities of the medical cluster.
