Today, the first-day events of the 29th Tashkent International Exhibition "Healthcare – TIHE 2025" took place at the CAEx Uzbekistan International Exhibition Center. This exhibition is a major international event that brings together cutting-edge healthcare technologies, high-precision diagnostic equipment, modern medical devices, and innovative solutions.
It is worth noting that this exhibition is officially recognized by the Global Association of the Exhibition Industry (UFI), making it the only UFI-accredited medical exhibition in Uzbekistan. It has become a vital platform for reforming the country's healthcare system, introducing modern medical advancements, and strengthening both local and international partnerships.
More than 400 companies and brands from 23 countries are participating, including leading firms from the USA, Germany, Turkey, Japan, South Korea, China, Italy, Kazakhstan, Russia, and India. China (116 companies), South Korea (16), Turkey (8), and Germany (12) are among the most active participants. The number of domestic companies is also increasing, making up 24% of this year’s exhibitors.
TIHE 2025 features diagnostic equipment (MRI, CT, ultrasound, X-ray), surgical and resuscitation tools, physiotherapy, rehabilitation and lab equipment, smart medical mattresses, healthcare IT solutions, digital health technologies, and pharmaceuticals.
According to Dilshat Ushurov, Regional Manager of the Chinese company Shinva, participating in this exhibition offers significant opportunities for manufacturers:
– Shinva has over 80 years of history and is active in the CIS market. Our sterilizers and other medical devices are widely used in large pharmaceutical enterprises in Uzbekistan and Russia. We regularly participate in the international exhibition in Tashkent every year. Participating in this event and having direct dialogue with our trusted partners is of great value to us. Our goal is to discuss new projects, expand our activities in Uzbekistan, promote our equipment, and study the local market more deeply, – he said.
As part of the exhibition, scientific-practical seminars on “Modern Technologies in Healthcare” were also held, with participation from leading experts from Uzbekistan and abroad. They shared experiences and discussed new solutions.
The three-day TIHE exhibition serves as an important networking platform for industry professionals, doctors, clinic managers, investors, distributors, and pharmacy networks to establish business cooperation. Contracts are signed, new investment projects are discussed, and procurement terms for high-tech equipment are negotiated here.
Most importantly, TIHE 2025 once again demonstrated the rapid development of Uzbekistan’s healthcare system and the country’s focus on modernizing its medical infrastructure and expanding services based on advanced technologies and innovative solutions.
