The number of hospitals is growing in Uzbekistan - statistics
TASHKENT, July 19 – Sputnik. The number of hospital facilities in Uzbekistan is increasing, reports the Statistics Agency.
As of January 1, 2024, the number of operating hospitals was 1,432, an increase of 227 compared to 2019.
Number of hospital facilities by year:
- 2019 - 1,205 units;
- 2020 - 1,232;
- 2021 - 1,281;
- 2022 - 1,328;
- 2023 - 1,432.
